sme+ began with a simple observation: the same small businesses that carry the most operational risk are the ones left stitching together spreadsheets, inboxes and single-purpose tools. Nothing connected, and nothing could be proven after the fact.
So we built six products on one foundation. hire+, operations+, technical+, it+, legals+ and commercial+ each own a function of the business, but they share the same records, permissions and audit trail. The result is a platform where every approval, document and decision can be traced to a person and a moment.
What began as a vision to simplify business operations has grown into a platform trusted by teams worldwide. From our humble beginnings to becoming a leader in SaaS innovation, our journey has been fueled by passion, collaboration, and a relentless drive to make a difference.

I have spent my career inside businesses that were far better at the work than at proving the work. Jobs got done, but evidence lived in someone’s inbox and accountability lived in someone’s memory.
sme+ is the platform I wanted then. One record for every person, job, asset and contract. One place where approvals happen. One trail that holds up when a client, an auditor or an insurer asks the question.
