About the role

We are looking for a principal product designer to hold the design direction across six products that have to feel like one platform.

What you will do

  • Own the design system and how it is applied across products.

  • Design complex flows: approvals, scheduling, evidence capture.

  • Work alongside engineering from the first sketch.

  • Test with real operators, not internal opinion.

What we are looking for

  • A portfolio of dense, operational software — not marketing sites.

  • Comfort designing within constraints and existing systems.

  • Ability to argue a position and then change it with evidence.
