Scale gives two-way calendar sync for interviews, site visits and planned work. Availability in sme+ reflects reality, and anything booked in sme+ lands in the right diary.

What moves between the systems

• Availability: read from calendars so scheduling avoids clashes.

• Bookings: written back with attendees, location and joining details.

• Changes and cancellations: reflected in both directions within minutes.

Setting it up

1. Connect Scale at the organisation level.

2. Choose which calendars are read for availability.

3. Decide how much detail is written into external invitations.
