About the role

Implementation consultants configure sme+ around how each customer actually works, then stay close enough to make sure it sticks.

What you will do

  • Run discovery with owners, operations and finance.

  • Configure approval gates, permission sets and integrations.

  • Plan and execute data migration from spreadsheets and legacy tools.

  • Train the teams doing the work and stay close after go-live.

What we are looking for

  • Experience implementing business software, or running SME operations.

  • Patience with messy data and strong instincts for what matters.

  • Confidence in front of a sceptical team.
