About the role

We need a compliance specialist to make sure what sme+ records stands up to a real audit, a real inspector and a real tribunal.

What you will do

  • Advise product on evidence, retention and audit requirements.

  • Review customer configurations for compliance gaps.

  • Support customers through client audits and accreditation.

  • Keep our own data and security documentation current.

What we are looking for

  • Hands-on compliance experience in construction, utilities or a regulated service.

  • Comfort reading standards and explaining them plainly.

  • Attention to detail without losing sight of the operation.
